Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

This is an unofficial English translation of Netstudio's Greek terms of use and privacy policy. The Greek version is the binding legal text. In case of any conflict or ambiguity, the Greek version prevails.
This page has two parts: the Terms of Use of the netstudio.gr website and Netstudio's Privacy Policy. Netstudio's services are provided under the contract signed with each client or, for technical support with credits, under the Netstudio Support Terms of Service.
Part A: Terms of Use
1. Scope. These terms govern the use of the netstudio.gr website and its content. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Intellectual property. The content of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, software, data) is protected by Greek, EU and international intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to Netstudio or to its respective rightsholders. Reproducing, republishing or distributing it, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Netstudio or the rightsholder is prohibited. The presence on the website of names, logos and marks of Netstudio or third parties does not grant any licence to use them.
3. Information on the website. The content of the website is for information only and does not constitute an offer, a warranty or professional advice. Netstudio makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, without warranting its completeness or accuracy or the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the website. Prices and service descriptions bind Netstudio only when included in a written quote or contract.
4. Links to third parties. Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience. Netstudio does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy policies of those websites, or for your transactions with third parties.
5. Use of the website. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, its infrastructure or other users. Prohibited conduct includes, for example, attempts at unauthorised access, sending malicious code and impersonating another person.
6. Liability. Netstudio is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from viruses or other malicious software transmitted despite its security measures, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes. Netstudio may amend these terms by publishing the new version on this page with its update date. Changes do not affect contracts and service terms already concluded, which may be amended only as they themselves provide.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Part B: Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Netstudio processes your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. It is not a contractual term that you are asked to accept: where processing is based on your consent, we ask for it separately.

Candidate data is not shared with third parties unless you ask us to recommend you to our partners.
3. Payments
Payments to Netstudio are handled exclusively by licensed payment providers: Stripe for card payments and Worldline Greece (Cardlink) for IRIS payments. Both are certified to the PCI DSS standard, transactions run over encrypted connections and card payments support 3D Secure. Card details are entered directly into the provider's environment and are not stored on our servers. The providers receive only the data required to process the payment and prevent fraud.
4. Who has access to the data
- Netstudio's authorised staff, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Providers that process data on our behalf, for example for hosting, email, CRM (e.g. Pipedrive, Tigra Sales), newsletters (e.g. MailChimp, Brevo), analytics (Google Analytics), payments and artificial intelligence services.
- Domain name registries, SSL certificate issuers and server providers, where needed for the service you request.
- Accountants, legal advisers and certification auditors, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Judicial, police and other public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (for example Google, Meta, email and artificial intelligence service providers) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers take place only with the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools, for example to answer, transcribe and analyse phone calls and to support our work. We use them on terms that do not allow your data to be used to train models.
7. Security
Netstudio is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and applies technical and organisational measures to protect data during transmission, handling and storage. You can download the certificate here. Because no system on the internet is completely secure, you can also contact us through other channels, such as by phone.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to object at any time to direct marketing. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to dpo@netstudio.gr; we reply within one month. Data that must be retained by law, such as invoice details, cannot be erased before the retention obligation ends. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
9. Minors
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15.
10. Data on our clients' websites
When Netstudio hosts, maintains or supports a client's website, it processes the data of that website's visitors and customers on the client's behalf, as a processor. That processing is governed by the data processing agreement included in the client's contract or in the Netstudio Support Terms of Service, not by this policy. The client is the controller of that data.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever necessary and publish the new version on this page with its update date. For material changes, we notify our clients by email or through Netstudio Support at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
