Approach

Improvement on two levels

Technical level

We remove anything that makes it harder for users to finish the action we want (buying, signing up, getting in touch): display issues, broken functionality, slow loading.

Persuasion level

We improve how we "talk" to the visitor. We make messages clearer and better targeted, so they match your product or service and the visitor's needs.

Method

How we work

Our method comes from many years of experience. Our CRO packages are built so that anyone new to CRO can start affordably and see results as soon as possible.

01 / REVIEW

Expert Review

A CRO specialist analyzes your page to find the problems that stop visitors from completing the action.

02 / SURVEYS

Surveys

A targeted questionnaire for existing customers: how they think, what they look for, what annoys them and what makes them buy.

03 / USABILITY

User Interviews and Usability Testing

Interviews and usability tests with real users, through Userfeel, show how people actually use the page.

04 / SUMMARY

Summary and prioritization

We analyze the findings and rank them by expected impact on sales.

05 / IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation

We apply the improvements to your page.

06 / A/B TEST

A/B testing

We test the changes with our own A/B testing tool and keep only the ones that provably improve conversions.

Tools

The tools that make the difference

In a CRO project, decisions should rest on data, not taste. That's why we built the tools we use.

Our own A/B testing engine, with no costly subscriptions

It splits visitors randomly between versions of a page and measures conversions per version, respecting cookie consent choices. The results dashboard shows statistical significance with Fisher's exact test and links each version to its session recordings and heatmaps in Microsoft Clarity. We use it on our own site too, for example on the homepage and the price list.

Userfeel

Userfeel

Remote usability testing with real users, running since 2010. Its panel has 1 million testers, Greek ones included, so we can quickly and cheaply find where your visitors get stuck, before it costs you sales.

userfeel.com

Netstudio Insights

Live analytics with privacy first: sales, orders and sessions per source, even without cookies. We can see whether a change really lifts revenue.

A site that works properly makes you look more reliable to customers and partners.

A better user experience

Clearer pages lead to higher satisfaction and customer retention.

More efficient advertising

ROAS goes up, because every euro you spend on ads brings in more sales.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about CRO

What is CRO?

CRO is the digital marketing work done on an online store or a lead-generation website so that ordinary visitors turn into customers, which means more of the conversions the business wants. Typical conversions include:

  • Buying a product
  • Signing up for a newsletter
  • Calling the call center
  • Filling in a contact form
  • A call to action (for example a button click)
How is Conversion Rate calculated?

Conversion Rate = Total conversions / Total website visits x 100

For example, if an online store gets 100 visits a day and completes 1 order, the conversion rate is 1%.

What are the main factors that affect a website's CRO?
  • Website speed: long load times hurt the experience and raise abandonment. They also affect search rankings.
  • UX/UI design: how the website works, is structured and looks.
  • Content quality: useful, accurate, trustworthy and relevant to its audience.
  • Content relevance: visitors should find content that matches what they were looking for.
  • Clear Calls to Action (CTAs): the buttons that prompt a desired action must be visible, clear and persuasive.
What do the CRO-related acronyms mean?
  • Bounce Rate: the share of users who leave after viewing only one page. If some pages are above your site average, they may have room to improve.
  • Click-through Rate (CTR): clicks divided by an ad's impressions. It shows which messages appeal most, and we can reuse them on the site.
  • Pages Per Visit: the average number of pages viewed per visit. More isn't always better.
  • Page Load Time: how long the site takes to load. The faster, the better.
  • Return On Ad Spend (ROAS): how much you earn relative to what you spend on advertising. Improving the conversion rate raises ROAS.
  • Cost Per Conversion: cost per click combined with the conversion rate gives the final cost of acquiring a new customer.
What is A/B testing?

It's a comparison of two or more versions of a page, where each visitor randomly sees one of them. We measure which version brings more conversions and check statistically that the difference is real and not chance. That way we keep only what provably works.

What is usability testing and how is it done?

It's testing with real users who try to complete specific tasks on your site, for example finding and buying a product. We run them through Userfeel to see where people get confused and what stops them, before it turns into lost sales.
