Σίγουρα το usability testing πιστεύω ότι είναι ένα πολύ βασικό κομμάτι στην ανάπτυξη ενός ιστοχώρου ή και ενός app και ίσως θα πρέπει να εφαρμόζεται από τα αρχικά στάδια ανάπτυξης του. Το γεγονός ότι στην Ελλάδα δεν είναι τόσο διαδεδομένο πιστεύω ότι είναι πρώτο θέμα κουλτούρας και έπειτα θέμα κόστους. Προσωπικά είχα χρησιμοποιήσει το Userfeel πριν αρκετά χρόνια και τώρα που ειδικεύομαι στο QA δεν αποκλείεται να το χρησιμοποιήσω πάλι.
