On April 28, at the French Institute, Code Arena 2025 kicked off. Twenty-six aspiring web developers spent almost four hours in intensive training. Our goal: share expertise and spot people who can meet Netstudio’s quality standards.
Giorgos Mastrokolias, Digital Strategist at Netstudio, talked about Netstudio’s vision and what it’s like to work on a dev team operating at the top level of the Greek market. He introduced Front-End technologies, laid the groundwork, and cleared up the trickiest concepts in HTML and CSS. He also showed tools, tips, and shortcuts that save time in a developer’s daily routine.

Next up, Nikos Charalampidis, Chief Technology Officer at Netstudio, took over the Front-End Strategy & Theming section. He talked about code structure and how CSS decisions affect website performance. Using real examples from e-commerce projects, he explained how good design, fast loading, and user experience connect directly to e-shop sales.

The team’s level impressed us. During the break, participants swapped ideas, discussed demanding programming projects, and asked for targeted feedback.
The next sessions cover Tailwind, responsive development, JavaScript Essentials, MVC, and Laravel. At the same time, participants work on demo projects at home and get evaluated as if they’re delivering to a client.
Building websites takes consistency, technical precision, and ongoing learning. With Code Arena, we make sure everyone joining our team has already been tested in real conditions and brings a detail-oriented mindset.
